About Bourchol

Bourgeoisie (n): Defined in the Middle Ages as the class of people who were not born with silver spoons in their mouths but rather a tightly-cinched purse in their hand; the middle or merchant class, who must rely on employment and education to secure their wealth and status.

(“Civilized society is one huge bourgeoisie: no nobleman dares now shock his greengrocer.” — George Bernard Shaw)

Cholesterol (n): A lipidic substance found in cell membranes and in blood plasma. Too much of it causes heart disease by clogging those useful tubes known as arteries.

(“The internet is a series of tubes!” — Ted Stevens)

Bourchol (n): A blog for all the ‘worthwhile’ and/or ‘educated’ clotting word-lipids that come out of one particular brain trapped in a middle-class body.
